Hello, my name is Julia and I'm a traditional Italian bride. I have always been fascinated by the intricate lace designs on bridal gowns, and it was such an honor to wear one for my wedding day! I grew up in a small town outside of Rome where my family has been making lace for generations. As a child, I would watch my grandmother and mother work with the delicate fabric and dream of someday wearing a dress made from their craft. When my husband and I got engaged, there was no question that we would have our wedding in Rome, where our families could come together to celebrate our love. The day was perfect – the sun was shining and the lace on my gown sparkled in the light. Looking back on it now, I feel so lucky to have had such a beautiful and meaningful wedding day.
