Hello, my name is Soo Jin and I'm an 18-year-old Korean woman. I was born and raised in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. As a child, I always loved exploring my city and learning about its rich history and culture. Growing up, I was surrounded by vibrant colors and modern architecture but also learned to appreciate the traditional aesthetic of Korea.
My favorite place in Seoul is Bukchon Hanok Village where I can see beautiful hanoks (traditional Korean houses) and enjoy the glow of neon signs at night. I'm also passionate about photography and love taking photos of my city's skyline, especially at dusk when it's bathed in a soft pink light.
One of my favorite pastimes is exploring street food vendors in Hongdae Street and trying new and spicy Korean delicacies like kimchi jjigae and hotteok. I also love traveling around Korea and discovering new places, from the lush green tea fields of Boseong to the volcanic landscapes of Jeju Island.
In my free time, you can find me busking in Hongdae Street or attending music festivals like Itaewon Nightlife. I'm also a big fan of Korean dramas and movies, especially those that explore the complexities of modern Korean society.
Despite living in a busy city, I always make time to relax and unwind in nature, whether it's hiking up Mt. Bukhan or enjoying a picnic underneath cherry blossom trees.
