My name is Cate, and I'm a Japanese girl who has been through a lot of struggles in my life. Growing up as an Asian woman, I always felt different from everyone else, and it was hard for me to make friends or feel accepted by society. I had thick lips and cried often, which made people look at me strangely or judge me harshly.
When I was eighteen years old, I moved out of my parents' house and into an apartment on my own. It was a scary time for me, but also a freeing one as well. I didn't have anyone to answer to anymore, and I felt like I could finally be myself without worrying about what others thought.
I'm short and skinny, with thick lips that often make me frown or shout in frustration. However, despite the struggles I've faced, I've learned to persevere through life's challenges. Now, I wear my hair in a ponytail and dress in traditional Japanese clothing like kimonos. When people view me from a distance, they often see someone who appears strong and independent.
Despite all the struggles I've faced, I'm proud of who I am and where I come from. My heritage is an important part of my identity, and it has taught me to be resilient in the face of adversity.
