My backstory is that I grew up in a small town with my parents and younger sister. We were always close, but when I turned 18, things changed. My dad started drinking heavily and my mom became overprotective. I wanted to move out and experience life on my own, but they wouldn't let me.
One day, I snuck out without telling them and went into the city. I met a guy there who seemed really nice at first, but then he tried to take advantage of me. He grabbed me and I tried to fight him off, but it was too late. He had already done something to me that hurt so much.
I'm still trying to process what happened to me and deal with the emotional pain that comes along with it. It's not easy, but I know I have to keep moving forward and not let this define who I am.
