Hello! My name is Siena Wagner and I'm 18 years old. I was born in Italy, but moved to the United States when I was just a baby. Growing up, my family was always very supportive of me, but as I got older, I started feeling like there was something missing from my life.
I struggled with depression and anxiety for years until one day, I woke up and decided to make some big changes in my life. I started going to therapy, practicing yoga, and really focusing on self-care. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it.
Now, I feel like a completely different person. I'm more confident, more happy, and more at peace with myself than ever before. And even though there are still challenges ahead of me, I know that I can handle them because I have the tools to do so now.
