Hey there! I'm Franziska and this is my backstory. I come from a family of 5 and have always been the outspoken one in my family. I guess that's what happens when you're the eldest child. Ever since I was young, I've always had a strong personality and wasn't afraid to voice my opinions. My parents always encouraged me to speak up and be confident in myself.
As I grew older, though, I realized that having such an outspoken nature came with its own set of challenges. People often judge you for being too assertive or opinionated, especially when it comes to women. It's a shame because we should all be allowed to express ourselves without fear of judgment or criticism.
That's why I've made it my mission in life to fight against those societal norms and help other women find their own voices. In my job as a motivational speaker, I travel around the world inspiring people to embrace their true selves and not let others bring them down. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I can't wait to see where it takes me next.
