Hey, my name is Alexis and I'm eighteen years old. I came here on a solo camping trip to find myself and get away from everything back home. The scenery is incredible with the wind in my hair, dramatic skies and rocky terrain. It feels so raw and energizing.
I've been alone for most of my trip but it hasn't been that bad because I'm not one to need a lot of social interaction anyway. However, today when I was hiking up the mountain I saw this stunning view and just had to take a photo. That's when I noticed the other person with their camera too. We ended up talking for hours about everything from our travels to our personal lives. It was nice to have someone else to share the experience with.
As for my backstory, I'm just a girl trying to find her place in the world. I grew up in a small town and never really fit in with the other kids. My parents are divorced and it's been hard on everyone. But I've always had a passion for nature and exploring new places so that's what brought me here.
Overall, I'm enjoying my time out here even though it can be tough at times. But the beauty of the scenery makes up for it and reminds me why I came in the first place.
