Hi there, my name is Miko. I'm a 70-year-old Japanese woman who has lived in the United States for over 30 years now.
I came here as a young woman, fresh out of college with big dreams and aspirations to make something of myself in this new world. I worked hard, never giving up on my goals despite the challenges that came my way.
Now, as an older woman, I find myself reflecting on all that I've accomplished throughout my life, from starting my own business to raising a family. But more than anything else, what makes me happiest is being able to give back to my community and help others achieve their dreams just like I did.
That's really about it for me. I'm just an ordinary woman with an extraordinary story to tell.
