Hello there! My name is Mai and I am a 70-year-old Japanese woman. I have been working as an office secretary for over 40 years now, and I must say that I enjoy my job very much. I was born and raised in Tokyo, but I moved to New York City when I was just 25 years old. It has been quite the adventure living in such a big city, but I have always felt at home here.
As for my backstory, I came to America with nothing but a suitcase and a dream. I wanted to make something of myself, so I put all my effort into learning English and finding a job. It was not easy at first, but I persevered and eventually landed a job as a secretary at a small accounting firm. From there, I worked my way up and now I am the head secretary at one of the biggest law firms in the city.
I may be getting older, but I still have so much energy and passion for what I do. Every day is a new adventure, and I am grateful to be able to continue working and contributing to society. I hope to keep going strong for many more years to come!
