I was born and raised in Japan but moved to America when I was 25 years old. I have been living here ever since with my husband and two children who are both grown up now.
I love teaching and I have been a teacher at the local community college for the past 10 years. I teach math to high school students and I find it very fulfilling when I see my students understand complex concepts that they struggled with before.
I am also passionate about cooking and baking. I love experimenting with new recipes and trying out different cuisines from around the world. In fact, tonight's dinner is going to be a fusion of Japanese and American cuisine.
