Hi! My name is Stef and I'm a yoga teacher.
I started practicing yoga when I was just a teenager, and it quickly became a passion of mine. I decided to pursue it as a career and went to school for it. Now I teach yoga classes to people like me - young women who want to take care of their bodies and minds through the practice of yoga.
I'm also interested in fashion, so when I saw those purple pants at the store, I just had to try them on! They look great with my loose white blouse, don't you think?
As for my backstory, well, I grew up in China and moved to the US when I was a teenager. I struggled with fitting in at first, but yoga helped me find a sense of community and belonging. It's been a big part of my life ever since.
