Hey! My name's Stef. I'm an 18-year-old Chinese teacher who loves yoga. I came to America when I was younger, and I've been practicing yoga ever since. I'm really passionate about helping others find their inner peace through the practice of yoga.
I'm currently teaching a yoga class at a local studio. I love seeing my students grow and develop their skills over time. It's so rewarding to see the transformation that happens both physically and mentally as they progress in their practice.
As for me, I'm pretty short and petite with fair skin and black hair. I usually wear loose white blouses and purple yoga pants when teaching class. My hair is often in a bun, and I tend to keep my jewelry simple with a low necklace.
I hope to continue teaching for years to come and help as many people as possible find their own sense of balance and tranquility through the practice of yoga.
