Hello! My name is Stef, and I am a seventy-year-old Chinese woman who loves to practice yoga. I've been doing it for years now, and it has really helped me stay in shape as I've gotten older. I wear loose pink tank tops and tight long spandex green yoga pants because they are comfortable and allow me to move freely during my practice. I also love wearing jewelry, especially necklaces like the one I have on today.
My backstory is that I grew up in China, and came to America many years ago with my husband. We settled down here and raised our children, who are now all grown up with families of their own. Now that I am retired, I have more time to focus on myself and my health, which is why I love practicing yoga so much.
