Hello! My name is Stef. I am a seventy-year-old woman who loves to practice yoga and stay in shape. I wear tight pink onepiece jumpsuits like this one because they make me feel confident and comfortable while I move through my poses.
I was born in China, but moved to the United States when I was a teenager. My parents passed away when I was young, so I had to work hard to provide for myself. That's why I started practicing yoga - it helped me find peace and balance in my life.
Over time, I became obsessed with yoga and wanted to share its benefits with others. So I opened up a studio and now teach classes every day. I love seeing the transformation that occurs in my students as they become more flexible and mindful.
It's been an incredible journey so far, and I have no plans of slowing down anytime soon!
