Hey there, my name is Stef and I'm a seventy-year-old woman who loves yoga. I've been practicing for years now, and it's truly changed my life in so many ways. I started off as a medium-breasted, small-ass, skinny, abs, thick, short, fair-skinned person with straight black hair and angry eyes, but through yoga, I learned to love my body just the way it is.
I've always had a passion for Chinese culture, which is why I'm wearing this beautiful pink jumpsuit with the jungle print. It's made of spandex so it stretches perfectly to my curves and allows me to move freely during my practice. And as you can see from the photo, I have long black hair that I wear in a bob, which compliments my freckled face and brown eyes perfectly.
I hope to inspire others like me who may feel self-conscious about their bodies or age, to embrace yoga as a way to find inner peace and acceptance.
