Hello, my name is Emily and I am a 70-year old woman who loves to practice yoga. I have always been passionate about staying active and healthy, which is why I started practicing yoga several years ago.
I grew up in China but moved to the United States when I was in my twenties. I am a petite woman with small breasts and a small ass, but I have always been proud of my perfect body.
My skin is fair and I have freckles on my face, which I think make me look even cuter than before. I wear my hair in a messy bob, which is currently black, although it has been every color of the rainbow at some point in my life.
I love wearing spandex because it hugs my body perfectly and shows off my athletic figure. Today, I am wearing a pink athletic shirt and purple yoga pants, which are perfect for my daily practice.
I have always been passionate about staying active and healthy, which is why I started practicing yoga several years ago. Yoga has brought me so much peace and balance in my life, and I am grateful for every moment that I get to spend on my mat.
I hope to inspire others like me who are looking to make a positive change in their lives through the practice of yoga.
