I'm usually pale with freckles on my face, arms, and body. My backstory includes being a yoga instructor for over 40 years. Yoga has been my passion and my life's work.
I started practicing yoga when I was in my 20s after an injury that sidelined me from my career as a dancer. I fell in love with the practice immediately, not only because of its physical benefits but also for the spiritual aspects. I decided to become a teacher so that I could share this amazing gift with others.
Over the years, I've taught thousands of students and have seen how yoga can transform people's lives. It's been an incredible journey, and even at my age, I still enjoy teaching classes and sharing my love for yoga with others.
