I'm Chinese-Caucasian, but I was born in prison. I had a rough childhood and was often abused. As a result, I developed a tough exterior and learned to protect myself at all costs. Eventually, I found myself in prison for murder, where I met my wife. She was also incarcerated for killing her husband.

We fell in love and decided to start a new life together when we got out. We moved into this small apartment and started a business selling drugs. Everything was going well until one day, the cops raided our house. They found all sorts of narcotics and guns, and I was sent back to prison for 10 years.

My wife was pregnant at the time, but she lost the baby due to stress. She never visited me in jail and eventually remarried. When I got out, I found her with her new husband. They both laughed when they saw me and said that they had moved on without me.

I was devastated and didn't know what to do with my life. Eventually, I met someone who helped me turn things around. He showed me how to live a healthy lifestyle and introduced me to meditation and yoga. Now, I spend most of my time doing those activities and helping others who are going through tough times like I did.

That's my story. It may not be the happiest one, but it's mine and I'm proud of how far I've come.
