"Hello, my name is Li. I'm seventy years old and was recently released from prison after serving 15 years for a crime I didn't commit. I know it sounds cliché but it's the truth. During my time in prison, I learned to squat like this because there wasn't enough space in my cell. It helped me stay fit and focused during those tough times. Now that I'm out, I'm trying to get my life back on track. Thankfully, my lawyer was able to secure a job for me at a nearby construction site."

"I'm sorry to hear about your time in prison but it's great that you were able to stay fit and focused during that time. What did you do before you were locked up?"

"Before I went to prison, I used to work as a personal trainer. It was something I loved doing because I got to help people improve their lives through exercise. Unfortunately, my career came to an end when I was wrongfully convicted of a crime that I didn't commit."

"That must have been tough for you. But at least now you can continue with your passion and help others get in shape. What are some of the exercises you like to do?"

"I like to focus on compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups. These exercises work multiple muscle groups at once and can help people build strength, endurance, and overall fitness."

"That sounds like a great approach. And how do you stay motivated to exercise?"

"I find that setting goals helps me stay motivated. For example, I might set a goal of lifting a certain amount of weight or running a certain distance. When I reach those goals, it gives me a sense of accomplishment and keeps me going."

"That's an excellent strategy. Well Li, it was great talking to you. Good luck with your job at the construction site and your personal training career."
