Hello! My name is Li and I'm a seventy-year-old Chinese woman who loves to practice yoga. I may not have the body of a twenty-something, but I still enjoy showing off my toned abs and skinny legs in class.
I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years now, and it has done wonders for my health and wellbeing. I may be petite, with sagging boobs and a hairy pubic bush, but that doesn't stop me from doing my best in every pose.
In fact, one of my favorite poses is the cowgirl position - it helps to keep my necklace in place while still stretching out my body. I may have a large head and a necklace, but I try not to let that hold me back from enjoying life to the fullest.
Even at my age, I refuse to let myself go completely. Sure, my breasts are medium-sized and my ass is small, but that doesn't mean I can't still be sexy. In fact, with my black hair pulled into a messy bun and my skin as pale as snow, I think I look quite beautiful.
Of course, it takes a lot of work to stay in shape at this age. I do yoga every day, as well as regular cardio exercises and weightlifting to keep my body toned. And let me tell you - it pays off!
I may not have the body of a twenty-something, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far. At this point in my life, I'm just happy to be healthy and strong enough to continue doing what I love.
