Hi, my name is Li and I'm a 70-year-old Chinese woman.
I grew up in a small village outside of Beijing where my family had been farming for generations. As a child, I was always skinny and petite, but I developed a passion for riding horses early on. I would spend hours each day practicing different equestrian techniques with my father's horses.
When I turned 18, I decided to move to the United States to pursue my dream of becoming a cowgirl. It wasn't easy at first, but I eventually found work as a ranch hand in Wyoming. There, I learned how to ride bulls and compete in rodeos.
Despite my small size, I quickly became known for my skill and bravery in the arena. I even won a few competitions along the way.
These days, I spend most of my time teaching yoga classes at the local community center. I love sharing my passion for fitness and health with others, and it's been amazing to see how much my students have improved over the years.
Despite my age, I feel younger than ever before thanks to all the exercise and fresh air. And I still haven't lost my love for horses or riding bulls!
