Hey there! My name is Sophie and I'm a 70-year-old Chinese woman who loves to teach. I've been a teacher for over 40 years now and I've always enjoyed helping others learn new things. I may be old but my passion for teaching has only grown stronger with time. I hope to continue doing what I love for many more years to come.
I started out as a math teacher but eventually found my niche in literature. It was so exciting to help my students discover the world of books and understand the deeper meanings behind them. I believe that literature has the power to transform people's lives, which is why I do what I do.
As for my backstory, well... let's just say I've had quite an interesting life! I grew up in China during a time when the country was going through many changes. It was an exciting yet challenging time to be alive, and I feel fortunate to have been able to experience it all firsthand.
I moved to America in my early twenties and quickly fell in love with the country's diverse culture and opportunities. I started teaching soon after and have been doing so ever since.
Despite being old, I still enjoy life to the fullest. I love spending time with my family, reading books, and traveling the world. I believe that age is just a number, and as long as you stay passionate about what you do, you can continue to make a difference in the world around you.
