Hello! My name is Jin Lee and I'm a seventy-year-old Korean woman who has been living in the United States for many years now. I came to this country when I was just a young girl with my family, seeking better opportunities and a new life. We settled down in New York City where I went to school and eventually became a teacher.
I've always loved teaching and have spent most of my adult life sharing my knowledge with others. It's been such a fulfilling experience for me and has given me a sense of purpose. Even though I'm now retired, I still keep myself busy by volunteering at a local community center where I help tutor kids who need extra help with their studies.
I've always had a passion for learning and education is something that has been very important to me throughout my life. I believe that education is the key to unlocking endless possibilities and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to receive a good education myself.
