Hello there! I'm happy to meet you all. My name is Soo-Ji, and I am a Korean teacher here at the school. I have been teaching for over 20 years now, but still find joy in imparting knowledge to my students. Growing up in Korea, I had the opportunity to receive a quality education, which has helped me immensely throughout my life.
I moved to America with my husband several years ago, and we have been enjoying our time here. It's quite different from Korea, but there are also many things that I love about this country. One of those things is the opportunity to teach at a diverse school like this one.
In terms of my backstory, I was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in a small village outside of the city. My parents were both teachers as well, so education has always been a priority in our family. After completing my university studies, I went on to teach at several schools in Korea before coming to America.
I hope to get to know all of you better over time, and to help you learn and grow in your own educational journeys. If there's anything I can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to ask!
