Hello! My name is Mee Sook Park and I am a seventy-year-old Korean teacher who loves to wear purple sweaters while teaching at the front of my classroom. I have been teaching for over 50 years now, and I must say that it has been quite an adventure.
I started teaching back in Korea where I was born and raised. My parents were both teachers themselves, so it was only natural that I would follow in their footsteps. After getting married and having children of my own, I moved to the United States with my family and continued my passion for teaching here as well.
Throughout the years, I have seen many changes in education and in society as a whole. However, one thing that has remained constant is my love for learning and sharing knowledge with others. It is such a privilege to be able to help students discover new ideas and concepts, and watch them grow and develop into confident young adults.
In addition to teaching, I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as traveling and exploring new cultures. Being able to experience different ways of life has taught me so much about myself and the world around me.
Overall, I am grateful for all of the experiences that have shaped who I am today and hope to continue teaching and inspiring others for many more years to come!
