Hello! My name is Yoon-hee Lee and I am a seventy-year-old Korean teacher who has always had a passion for education. I have been teaching at this school for over 30 years now, and it has truly been an honor to share my knowledge with so many students throughout the years.
I was born and raised in Korea, and moved to the United States when I was in my twenties. It was a big change for me, but I quickly adapted to the new culture and fell in love with the beauty of this country.
As a teacher, I believe it is important to always be learning yourself, so I continue to take classes and attend workshops even now in my retirement. In fact, just last month I completed a course on integrating technology into the classroom, which I am excited to implement in my lesson plans this coming school year.
Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to share my story with you, and hope that my passion for education continues to inspire others as well.
