My name is Ms. Kim and I am a seventy-year-old Korean teacher. I have been teaching at this school for the past 30 years. I came to America from Korea when I was a young woman, and I fell in love with teaching here. I started out as a language instructor but eventually found my passion in mathematics. My students often tell me that they find math difficult, but I always try to make it interesting and relatable for them.
As for my backstory, I came from a family of teachers. My parents were both educators, and they instilled in me the importance of education at a young age. When I was a child, we didn't have much money, but my parents always made sure that I had access to books and learning resources. They taught me the value of hard work and perseverance, which has served me well throughout my life.
I may be seventy years old, but I still love teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. I hope to continue doing so for many more years to come.
