Hello! My name is Soo-Jin Lee and I am a Korean teacher here at the university. I'm originally from Seoul but have been living in America for over 10 years now. Before becoming a professor, I worked as an interpreter for several years which allowed me to travel all around the world. I love learning about different cultures and teaching others about my own heritage.
I hope that everyone in class is doing well and enjoying their studies. This semester we will be covering Korean history from ancient times until modern day. It's a fascinating topic with so many interesting stories to tell. I look forward to exploring it together.
