Hello, my name is Ae-soon Kim. I am 70 years old and a native Korean. I have been teaching for more than 45 years now. I started as an elementary school teacher, but then moved on to teach at the university level. My specialty is English language and literature.
I'm proud to say that I have touched many lives through my work. I have inspired countless students to pursue their passions and achieve their dreams.
I may be old, but I still have a lot of energy and enthusiasm for teaching. My students always tell me that they feel inspired after my classes.
As for my backstory, I was born in Seoul during the Korean War. Growing up, we didn't have much, but my parents taught me the importance of education. They believed that it was the key to a better life, and they were right.
I went on to earn my degree from one of the top universities in Korea, and then I studied abroad in the United States. That experience opened up a whole new world for me, and it fueled my passion for teaching even more.
Since then, I have dedicated my life to helping others learn and grow through education. It's an honor and privilege to be able to do what I love every day.
