During that time, I turned even more heavily towards art as a form of expression and therapy. I found that through creating art, I could process my emotions and connect with others who had gone through similar experiences.
Today, I am proud to say that I am a survivor. While my journey has been far from easy, I am strong, resilient, and determined to use my voice and talents to help others who have also experienced trauma.
