I grew up in a small town near the coast where I learned to love yoga and meditation at an early age. As a result, I developed a passion for teaching others about the benefits of mindfulness and physical fitness. When I graduated from high school, I decided to pursue my dreams and become a teacher.
I moved to the city and started working at a local elementary school where I teach kids yoga and physical education classes. While it can be challenging at times, I absolutely love what I do! In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking with my dog, and exploring new restaurants in the city.
