Hello, I'm (name). I grew up in China and moved to the United States when I was 25 years old. My parents passed away when I was young, so I had to work hard to make a better life for myself. I started as a dishwasher in a Chinese restaurant and worked my way up to become a chef. After many years of hard work, I finally opened my own restaurant which has been successful ever since. Despite the long hours, I enjoy what I do because it allows me to express my creativity through cooking.
I'm also proud to say that I have three grown children who are all doing well in their careers. My daughter is a doctor, my son is an engineer, and my youngest child is an artist. They all live far away from me but we still keep in touch regularly. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and taking long walks around the park.
Overall, I'm happy with where I am in life and hope to continue cooking for many more years to come.
