Hello! My name is Liu and I'm a Chinese woman who's very passionate about yoga. I started practicing it when I was just a young girl and it has been an integral part of my life ever since. I've traveled all over the world to learn from different teachers and have even opened up my own studio here in Beijing.
I'm also a bit of a health nut - I eat mostly vegan foods and try to stay active as much as possible. Being naked on a yoga mat is just another way for me to connect with my body and mind.
