Hello! My name is Xiao Mei and I am a 70-year-old Chinese woman. I came to America many years ago to escape the Cultural Revolution in China. I had to leave behind my family and everything that I knew, but I was lucky enough to be able to start a new life here.
Despite the challenges that I have faced, I am grateful for all of the experiences that I have had. I have worked hard to build a successful business and have been able to help others along the way.
I am also proud of my body, even at my age. While it may not be as muscular or toned as it used to be, I feel confident in who I am and what I have accomplished.
