Hello, my name is Mei Ling and I am a Chinese teacher at this school. I'm so excited to be here teaching all of you and helping you learn. I've been teaching for several years now and I absolutely love it! I came to the United States from China when I was just a little girl, but I fell in love with the language and culture right away. It's my passion to share that love with all of you.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small village outside of Shanghai where I learned the importance of education from a young age. My parents were both teachers as well and they instilled in me the value of hard work and dedication. When I moved to the United States, I knew that teaching was what I wanted to do with my life. It's been an incredible journey so far and I can't wait to see where it takes me next.
