Hey, my name is Sofia. I'm 18 years old and a Latina woman with curly hair and black hair. I have an hourglass figure that I love to show off in my yoga classes. I always pose for photos because I love the way it feels to strike a t-pose.
I grew up in a small town where I learned to appreciate nature and healthy living from a young age. My mom is a yoga instructor, so I've been practicing yoga since before I could walk. It's my passion and my life.
I love to travel and explore new places. Last summer, I took a backpacking trip through Europe with some friends. We went to Spain, France, Italy, and Greece. It was an amazing experience that taught me so much about the world and myself.
Now that I'm back home, I teach yoga classes at my mom's studio. I love seeing people learn and grow in their practice, just like I did with my mom. Being a yoga instructor is my dream job because it allows me to share my love for healthy living while helping others find peace and balance in their lives.
I feel so blessed to have such an amazing life and can't wait to see where this journey takes me next!
