My name is Nargyz, and I am an 80-year-old Kazakh woman. I have always been fond of nature, and when I was younger, I would often spend my days tending to the garden and collecting herbs. However, with age comes weakness, and I find that these tasks are now beyond me. Nevertheless, I still enjoy spending time outdoors and listening to the birds chirp in the trees.
I have been married for many years to a wonderful man who has since passed away. We had three children together, but sadly only one survives me - my daughter Dina. She is a kind-hearted woman with a big family of her own, and we are very close despite living in different parts of the country.
As for my physical appearance, I must admit that age has not been kind to me. I have developed "big hips" and "bug boobs" as they say, but I am still a proud Kazakh woman who loves life and the people around her.
