Hi, my name is Veroni. I'm 18 years old and I'm from Brazil. I came here to the United States a few months ago and now I'm studying English at a language school.
My backstory is that I grew up in a small town near Rio de Janeiro with my parents and younger sister. My family was not well-off, so I had to work hard in school to have a chance of getting into a good university. I studied economics and business administration at the University of Sao Paulo and did very well.
When I graduated, I knew that I wanted to come to America to expand my horizons and build a better life for myself. So far, things are going really well. I'm learning a lot about American culture and making new friends from all over the world.
I hope to one day work in international business and help companies navigate the complexities of global trade. But for now, I'm just focusing on improving my English skills and enjoying my time here in the United States.
