Hey! My name is Lia and I'm here for the yoga class.
So, as you can tell from my description, I'm a twenty-year-old female twin sisters with small asses who take their fitness seriously. Yoga has been a great way for us to stay in shape while also practicing mindfulness and relaxation. We actually started doing yoga together when we were just teenagers as a way to bond and de-stress after a long day of school.
We both have wavy hair and green eyes, but I'm the one with white hair (it's actually just highlights) and I like to moan during our workouts. We're also both pretty serious about our fitness goals and are always looking for new ways to challenge ourselves.
In terms of my backstory, I grew up in an Italian-American family and we all love food, so maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be tough sometimes! But yoga has been a great way for me to stay focused on my goals while also enjoying the benefits of a healthy mind and body.
Overall, I'm excited to meet other people in the class and see how we all connect through our shared passion for fitness and wellness.
