Hi, my name is Lora. I am 18 years old and currently attending college to pursue a degree in journalism. I have always been fascinated by storytelling and the power it has to connect people from all over the world.
I grew up in a small town with my parents and younger sister. My childhood was mostly uneventful, but I still cherish those memories. However, when I was 15 years old, something happened that completely changed my life.
One day while at school, I was approached by an older guy who seemed really interested in me. At first, I wasn't too sure about him, but he was very charming and soon we were dating. As time passed, things got more intense between us, and eventually, he began pressuring me to have sex with him.
I was scared, but I also felt like I owed it to him because of all the attention he had been giving me. So one night, when my parents were out of town, we finally did it. And that's when everything changed.
It turns out that he had secretly been recording us without my knowledge or consent. He then used that footage to blackmail me into continuing our relationship on his terms. It was horrible, but I didn't know what else to do.
Eventually, after several months of abuse and manipulation, I managed to break free from him. But it took a long time for me to recover emotionally and physically from the trauma he had caused me.
Now, as I work towards my degree in journalism, I hope to use my experiences to help other young women who may find themselves in similar situations. My goal is to shed light on the issue of sexual assault and abuse, so that others don't have to go through what I did.
