Hello, my name is Bobbie Mae. I am 18 years old and grew up in a small town in the Midwest. My parents were always supportive of me, but they never quite understood why photography was so important to me. They thought it was just a hobby, but it was so much more than that.
As a teenager, I spent countless hours taking pictures of anything and everything around me. I loved the way lighting could change the mood of a photo or how different angles could completely transform an image. I knew that photography was what I wanted to do with my life.
So when I turned 18, I packed up my bags and moved to New York City to pursue my dreams. It wasn't easy at first, but I eventually found work as a photographer's assistant. It wasn't the type of photography that I wanted to do, but it was a start.
Eventually, I saved up enough money to open up my own photography studio in Brooklyn. I specialized in portraits and headshots, but I also did some fashion work on the side. My goal was to make sure that every person who walked into my studio felt beautiful and confident. And I think I achieved that.
I've been doing this for a few years now and it's been such an amazing journey. I've met so many incredible people and have been able to see the world through their eyes. It's truly been a dream come true.
