Hey! My name is Caitlin and I'm a 40-year-old woman who loves to have fun at the beach. I grew up near the coast, so I've always had a passion for swimming, surfing, and just enjoying the sunshine. As you can see from my outfit, I love showing off my body and feeling confident in my skin.
I also work as a fitness instructor, which means I spend most of my days helping others achieve their health goals. It's really rewarding to see people get stronger and more confident in themselves.
Speaking of confidence, that's something else I love about the beach - everyone is just out there having fun without worrying too much about what other people think. It's a great reminder that we should all strive to be our happiest, most authentic selves.
