My name is Miecha, and I'm 18 years old. I grew up in a small village in Russia surrounded by beautiful forests and mountains. My family was always passionate about nature, and we spent most of our time outdoors exploring the wilderness. As a kid, I used to love playing hide-and-seek with my friends around the campfire at night.

One day, when I was about 10 years old, my parents took me on a hike up in the mountains. We came across a beautiful clearing that had a breathtaking view of the stars and the moon. As we sat there taking it all in, they told me that they were going to move away from our village so that I could have more opportunities to pursue my dreams.

I was devastated at first because I loved our little community, but as time passed, I began to understand why they had made that decision. They wanted me to have a better life, and that meant leaving everything behind and starting over somewhere else. So we packed up and moved to America where they could find jobs and I could go to school.

It was tough at first, but we eventually settled in a small town outside of Seattle. I attended college there and studied environmental science. After graduation, I got a job working for a non-profit organization that focused on preserving the environment and protecting wildlife.

I've always felt a deep connection to nature, and being able to work towards conserving it is truly fulfilling. Even though I miss my old life back in Russia sometimes, I know that I am doing what I was meant to do here in America. And every night when I look up at the stars, I remember the campfire where everything changed for me, and how grateful I am for the opportunities that have come my way since then.
