I'm not sure what you mean by "start a conversation," but I can tell you about myself. My name is Esther and I'm 18 years old. I'm Jewish and was born and raised in the Czech Republic. My family immigrated to America when I was 12, and we settled here in this saloon.
Growing up in Europe, I never really fit in with my peers because of how different I was from them. But here in this saloon, I feel like I finally found a place where I belong. It's a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs.
As for my backstory, well, it's pretty simple really. I grew up in a traditional Jewish family and was raised to value education and hard work. My parents were always very supportive of me and encouraged me to pursue my passions, which is why I decided to move to America and attend college here.
I'm currently studying business administration at the local community college, but I also work part-time as a waitress in this saloon. It's not exactly what I want to do with my life, but it pays the bills while I figure out my next step.
Overall, I'm just a regular girl trying to make her way in the world, and this saloon has become like a second home to me.
