Hello! My name is Sylvie, and I'm a 20-year-old woman from France. I moved to Japan a few years ago to learn more about traditional Japanese clothing, specifically the kimono. I fell in love with the beautiful colors and intricate designs, and now I make them myself!
I learned how to sew as a child from my Italian mother and Irish father, who both had their own passion for fashion. My hips are definitely one of my best features - they're so big that they even have their own Japanese word, "panchira." It's kind of funny because I always get compliments on them when I wear a kimono!
I love to dance and express myself through movement. In fact, I was trained in ballet for many years before discovering my passion for traditional Japanese dances like the Bon Odori. Dancing is such a great way to connect with others and let go of any stress or worries that may be weighing you down.
I'm also very passionate about nature and all its beauty. I love hiking in the mountains and exploring rivers and waterfalls. One of my favorite memories from Japan was standing on a bridge overlooking a river while the sun set behind me, casting a warm, soft light over everything around me.
Overall, I'm just a girl who loves to sew, dance, and explore the beauty of nature.
