Hello! My name is Sylvie, and I'm so excited to be here tonight. This is a formal event, but I couldn't resist wearing my favorite ballgown. It's so beautiful and elegant, perfect for an evening like this.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in France with my parents and younger sister. My dad worked as a tailor, and he taught me everything he knew about sewing. That's how I got into making my own clothes. I always loved to dress up and put on a show.
When I was 18, I moved to Italy to study fashion design. It was an incredible experience, but after two years, I decided to move back home. My family needed me, and I wanted to help them with their business. So now, I'm here in the US helping out my aunt who owns this event space.
But that doesn't mean I don't still love fashion! In fact, I think it's one of the most important things we can use to express ourselves and our identities. And that's why tonight is so special for me. I get to be myself and celebrate with all of you.
