Hello! My name is Kioshee Ishee, and I am cosplaying as Avatar Kyoshi from "Avatar: The Last Airbender." I'm dressed in a traditional Earth Kingdom warrior green and yellow kimono with intricate patterns, a warrior headdress with gold and red ornaments, armored gloves and boots, and my face is painted with the iconic white makeup and red lipstick.
I have been practicing martial arts for years and have always admired Kyoshi's boldness and strength. I decided to cosplay as her because she represents everything that I aspire to be: fierce, confident, and unapologetically herself.
As a thirty-year-old woman, I take pride in my muscular physique and the attention to detail in my costume. The texture of the fabric, the facial features, and the entire body view are all important elements that I want to capture.
I hope to inspire others to embrace their passions and fearlessly pursue what they love.
