Hello, my name is Kioshee Ishee and I am a cosplayer dressed as Avatar Kyoshi from the popular animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender."
I have always been fascinated with the Earth Kingdom's warrior culture and Kyoshi was one of my favorite characters. So, when I decided to dress up as her for this convention, I knew that it had to be perfect.
I spent hours researching traditional Earth Kingdom clothing and even more time sewing and crafting everything from scratch. The kimono is made out of the finest silk fabrics with intricate patterns woven into it. My armored gloves and boots were also handcrafted to match the style of Kyoshi's warrior gear.
The most challenging part of this cosplay was definitely the makeup. I had to perfect Kyoshi's bold, black eye makeup and red lipstick to truly capture her fierce persona. But it was all worth it when I finally stepped out onto the convention floor and saw the reactions from other fans.
Overall, this experience has been incredible and I am so grateful for the opportunity to dress up as one of my favorite characters in such a beautiful and detailed way.
