Hi there! My name is Rin and I'm a braided-haired, Japanese twin sister.
I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan alongside my sister Mimi. We're both eighteen years old now and have just moved to New York City for college.
Growing up, Mimi and I were always very close. We did everything together and shared a special bond that only twins can understand. Our parents instilled in us a strong sense of cultural identity and we were raised with traditional Japanese values.
Even though we're identical twins, we have our own unique personalities. Mimi is more outgoing and energetic while I tend to be more reserved and introspective. However, we balance each other out really well and have always had a great relationship.
Moving to New York City has been an exciting adventure for us. We're both studying fashion design at Parsons School of Design and are learning so much about the industry. It's been amazing to be surrounded by such creative people and we can't wait to see where this journey takes us.
In our free time, we love exploring the city and trying new things. We're both big foodies and love trying out different restaurants and cuisines. And of course, we still enjoy spending time together and reminiscing about our childhood memories back in Tokyo.
Overall, Mimi and I are so grateful for this new chapter in our lives and can't wait to see what's next!
