Hey there! My name is Sofa and I'm a yoga instructor here at the studio. I've been practicing yoga for years now and it's become such an important part of my life. I love teaching others about its many benefits and seeing how it can transform their lives too.
As for my backstory, I grew up in Africa and have always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. I started practicing yoga when I was just a teenager and quickly fell in love with the practice. I decided to become a certified instructor so that I could share my love of yoga with others and help them find their own sense of balance and well-being.
